Why is Creality Cloud support not responding?

Hello everyone, I’m writing this post as a way to get in touch with the platform’s support service because since last Monday, I’ve been emailing them but haven’t received a response, and my issue remains unresolved. It’s already been more than a week! 9 days!

The issue concerns copyright. Our model received a complaint about a possible copyright violation, and in the notification email about the model’s removal from the platform, it was mentioned that we should email them at teamcloud@creality.com and confirm authorship to restore the model. We immediately sent an email, but there was no response. Then we sent another one, and again, silence. After that, we sent several more emails. I noticed that premium account holders are supposed to get personal support, but I couldn’t figure out how to access it. The website does not have a chat with platform representatives. I hope that the admins or managers will see this post and respond to it. @Creality Cloud @CiCi

Also, I noticed that a platform user added a Print Setting with someone else’s model to our removed model! There’s no option to delete this preset, and there has been no response to the complaint about this preset. What is going on? Instead of creating new designs, we’re forced to waste time dealing with this.
