First the setup. I have an ender 3 pro. It's running on a sonic pad (klipper) and has a sprite pro extruder on it with CR touch. So I can't get this thing to lay down the first layer correctly no matter what I do. I level the bed manually. I've used both the paper drag and the led switch doodad from Filament Friday. I heat up the bed, then run the bed mesh command. It's set to do a 6x6 grid. The mesh looks awful, when the bed is manually leveled. I get that slope to the right side of the bed, but the bed is level with the nozzle. When i print like that, I get more squish on the low side than the I do on the high side. The difference is so bad that i get adhesion issues on the left and when I get the second layer I get nozzle strikes on the right. I've also tried leveling via the cr touch. I'll run the calibrate, and adjust the screws, then calibrate again, until the mess is pretty close to even all the way across. When I Put down the first layer, the same shit. It's squished more on the right side, than the left side of the x axis. Results are pretty close to the same. I can't for the life of me figure out why the bed is lower on the right in the mesh, when it's manually leveled. I've verified the squareness of the gantry to the frame with a square. When i manually level the bed, the bed is square to the frame as well. I'm wondering if there's something screwed up with the CR touch?? The other weird thing is that it homes all axis before the mesh calibration, yet the center of the bed reads consistently .04 lower on the mess table. Shouldn't that be zero since that is where it takes the initial z calibration from?? All the belts are snug, Trolly wheels are in a good shape. No play in the bed, or gantry. Z lead screw is 3 years old. No idea if that would cause these weird problems.
