Im really tired with creality and here is a message i sent them today, please let me know how you feel about the Creality system. Thank you so much.

Hello, sorry to bother you. Today I am met with this issue that my models are getting rejected over and over again. This seems that my models are being let by AI, which is acceptable as long as it does its job correctly, which is not this case. In this case, all my renderings are getting rejected, etc. Ive been met with this issue many times, meaning this is NOT THE FIRST TIME. I am overall very tired and sick of how the creality cloud system works. All of these models have high potential for everyone else in the Creality cloud system to like and print. However, if these models are getting rejected, there is no way that the model will be able to get to them.

In the included screenshots I have sent below, you can see that all of them show that many of my renderings are getting rejected for some abnormal reason. Please help address this issue.

One model I uploaded was the Starwars lightbox, with a very accurate photo image of the final printed product (Rendering) I had very high hopes of this model winning the star wars/may 4th contest, but how do i know that it will get rejected the second the contest ends? This makes me not eligible for a high chance to win the contest, ultimately winning 250 in cash. Ive won previous contests such as the 3d printer mods contest and had high hopes to win this one as well. Having had this tiring experience with creality and having almost ALL of my models getting rejected, I am not at all satisfied with this system. So please, please improve the model system.

I have put over 20 hours on this (Models, uploading, printing) and is very tired with no reply from you guys. I understand the timezone difference but really, other platforms like makerworld approve of models within 20 minutes no matter night or day.

This system had made me lose lots of my filament just trying to make these models appear better so that the stupid AI model thing can actually let my model be on the crelaity cloud page.

Because of this frustrating experience, i humbly ask for a solution or gift.
