Summary
We bought some small plants which we originally wanted to put on our whiteboard in tiny pots with fridge magnets.
But... sadly... even though I had some really strong magnets, the whiteboard was so flimsy they wouldn't stick.
So I created these. They are tiny pots that fit snugly in a corner. Currently they bring some life to the smallest room in our home.
Instructions
Print without raft and support to get a real nice smooth flat bottom. They should be flexible enough to detach easily from your platform.
I made the design with a 0.7mm thick wall all the way round... on my makerbot 1 that results in a real nice watertight/strong/flexible cup. I printed with default settings in ABS, but I expect it should come out good for almost anyone in any material.
If you want to modify yours... you can download the original source Blender file from here as well.
After printing I made a tiny hole in the back so I could hang them on a nail. But with the flat bottom you could also just use it on a shelf.
