This is one of the mods I've given my Ender 3 Pro. I felt a need to ease the tension on the extruder motor as it had a couple of instances of the filament snapping. This combined with my spool mount relieved that tension by utilizing bearings.
For this, I simply printed the arm with tree supports placing the flat side on the bed. I also printed both wheel halves flat on the bed, no supports are needed. Once both wheels and the arm was printed, I put the wheels together first, then put the bearing in the wheel, and finally the arm into the bearing. Overall, here is the list of parts that will be needed:
1 x Filament Bearing Guide Arm
1 x Filament Bearing Guide Wheel Right
1 x Filament Bearing Guide Wheel Left
1 x Bearing http://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C6FL8TW/ref=nosim?tag=printorpaintcc-20
