You’ll need a safety pin (cut ends) for the trigger spring a screw or stud for the trigger hinge and superglue to put it together. I used 3 regular rubber bands and a piece of plastic tube in the center. ** I used PETG for the bows for more bounce/elasticity. Recommend that or ABS and didn’t try PLA so might be fine ** Works fine with string but not as strong. Rubber cord or similar would probably work best. Incredibly accurate. Straws with a bit of weight (piece of eraser) in the top shoots about 50ft. Keep your arrows light and slightly weighted on the top.
