Paper mask: you can use these pdf files. Print on A4 pages format without margin and reseazing .(sorry numbers are reversed it's from my 3D sketch to embed numbers on the back of each pieces)

About the eye, there are 2 versions: one full (number 6) and another in 2 pieces (eye-ext and eye-int). from my side I only used the eye-ext and put and half ball (10mm) inside.
To fix all parts on the wall, I used velcro tape, in this way I can replace de piece or change pieces for another color and the main point is: it will be easier to remove the velcro tape from the wall if needed.
