Summary
Inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2107631 designed by guerillacaterpillar
This is a 4-part toothless herb grinder with catchment tray.
Included in the files are a few alternative versions of each part.
Knurled. This will take the longest to print. The Top and Housing will take ~6 hours each at 0.1mm layer height. The rifling may challenge some 3D printers.
Plain. The outside surfaces of these pieces are smooth, allowing for fast print times.
Rifled. This is about half way in between Knurled and Plain in terms of time.
I've also included grinding plates with 5, 6, and 7mm holes, with flaring and without (to allow the herb to move more easily).

Resolution:
0.1mm to 0.3mm

Notes:
Layer Height and Print Speed
Knurled parts should be printed at 0.1mm and likely at a lower print speed depending on your printer.
Rifled and Plain parts can be printed at greater layer heights.
Density
The Top and Grinding Plate should be printed at medium density (20%) with thick walls.
The Tray and Housing can be printed at low density (5-10%).
Rafts and Supports
Depending on your printer you may want to use rafts and supports when printing the Housing due to its small contact area and overhanging tabs that support the grinding plate.
