Fans are making weird noises

Hello help hub I am in need of help my creality cr6se fans. During startup they make weird noises. I have cleared and cleaned the fans several times and it still does it. I am about to order new fans but I was going to see if anybody knew the answer to my problem. Thanks!!!!
