How to Redeem Gift Pack

Step 1

Download and open the Creality Cloud app, navigate to the Me section, and you’ll find the entry of the campaign.

Step 2

On the campaign page, tap on the scan icon to scan the QR code on your printer so that you can obtain the device ID (the redeem code). Before scanning, make sure that you are using the latest version of the app (V4.3.0 or later). Or you just enter the redeem code manually.

NB: The redeem code is the device ID of your HALOT-ONE PLUS.

How to find your device ID

When you get your HALOT-ONE PLUS, Power on it and choose Settings>Details>Binding Creality Cloud on the printer screen, then the QR code will pop up.

Step 3

Tap on Get It Now, and it will pop up a success prompt saying that the gift pack has been received. Continue with See Rewards, you can find that your plan has been upgraded to Premium, and the exclusive models have been put in Me>Models>My Purchased.
