Dear 3D printing hobbyists,

Since our site went live, there has been a long-standing copyright problem with 3D creations. To solve this problem, we made some improvements to the upload feature and released a Standard License to protect your digital files sold on Creality Cloud. In the past two weeks, we took the first step to make a requirement for uploading proof of your 3D works when sharing with the community. And next, we are going to clean up all infringing models on the platform.

Here comes the measures we take for protecting your copyright.

1. For shared and remixed models without proof of 3D design uploaded on Creality Cloud, we will review and take down all duplicate models and set them as private from January 15, 2023, except for the first one with the earliest upload time. Thank you. If you have any objection to the model, you can submit an appeal to get your model back.

2. Please upload proof for your 3D models before January 15, 2023. A verified designer who has already proven his uploaded work does not need proof for the designs that have been uploaded to the platform. However, A verified designer will need to upload proof when uploading new designs. A certificate or a screenshot of the modeling process will be accepted. 3. After the model has been set as private, it may occupy your cloud storage. In this circumstance, we decide to offer 2 months of free storage for you to store the files to make sure that you have enough time to transmit or delete these files. By February 28, 2023, we will clear all related models that have not been modified as required without further notice.

On Creality Cloud, we respect everyone's creativity and protect the copyright of the original designer. However, it’s never a one-man job. Please help us protect your copyright. You are welcome to supervise and report infringing models. When reporting other people's uploads, please report with pictures, text, links, and other materials. If you report a large number of models of different accounts without providing relevant proof, you may get punishment such as account bans for disrupting the order.
