Fix for the Creality CR 10 SMART Hotend clogging issue Some time ago I Bought a CR 10 SMART. Out of the Box it would print about 10 mm just perfect then it would stop extruding and just move the hotend about. When i stopped the print and started a new one it was the same again about 10mm just fine then "bad PUDU". The nozzle was clogged. I removed the clog and replaced the nozzle but it still wouldn't print. I then preceded to remove the entire hotend and then discovered that there was a manufacturing fault in the factory hotend I could push the Bowdentube all the way through the cooling block. Usually there's a small stop inside this. I contacted Creality and they send a replacement hotend. after changing the print still would only print about 10mm and then nothing and the hotend/Nozzle was clogged. i noticed the size of the clogg with the new hotend was a little smaller, and then deducted that the small piece of tubing inside the hotend wasn't long enough. I then preceded to cut a length about 12 mm longer than the factory length and Zhazam the problem disappeared. since then i haven't had a single clogg and the printer has been running continuously for a month now. If Your CR10 Smart keeps clogging Try making the small bowden tube longer
