we are about to trek out on a road trip.... and i notice the plastic ear on the rear deck cargo cover for my tucson broke off. in theory.... i own 2 - 3d printers for 2 years now. besides steadily working on tuning them.... i havent ventured much into the design side. 4 days from my trip.... im learning tinkercad to manufacture my own replacement part. besides taking standard shapes found on tinker cad and tweaking them to fit my project... i have never ventured further. what was your turning point from printer.... to designer. it seems like such a backward way of learning. if i hadn't taken a cadd class 20 years ago i prolly be alot more lost than i am now 🤣🤣🤣 But.... my experiences with 3D printing has helped me in other real life instances. it taught me to be PATIENT 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 so i go on my next journey with an open mind and high hopes. Failure is eminent 🤣🤣🤣
