Hello , I downloaded an stl file and I rescaled it to a bigger object and when I sliced it and send it to the printer the nozzle start to print far away from the bed and print in the air I’ve tried many designs and the problem remained the same even the nozzle scratch the bed and cause a minor damage to the bed surface does anyone face the same issues?
