Hello and welcome to this group which I’ve set up to try and raise awareness of the Creality Community Helpers. We have been tasked by Creality to assist with any problems or questions that are asked by users of the app. Between us we have a wide ranging experience of 3D printers and printing. It’s worth noting that we are not employed by Creality nor are we paid for our services. Therefore please be patient if we can’t answer your query quickly as we are doing this voluntarily and in our spare time. If you need any help then the usernames of the current helpers are shown below. We would be happy to hear from you and from anyone else you may think needs assistance.
