Hey! I am trying my best to heat up the "relief fidget toy design" competition! Allow me to present you my first multicolor design, Magnetic anti-stress balls. Two balls to rotate in a single palm is a classical anti-stress toy, i enhanced the concept with: 1- 3d printable hollow balls which can hold magnets, 2- a stylish case to store the balls when you are not playing with them. The resulting product is something fun to play with, also its a beautiful gift idea! The playing caracteristics will change according to magnet strength and placement (my opinion, stronger is better), You can choose if the balls should attract or repel each other by placing magnet poles accordingly. use a single drop of super glue to secure the magnets in place. Balls can hold cylindrical magnets with 10mm diameter, i recommend using 5-10mm magnet height. You dont need hollow magnets, i used hollow magnets in test print only because i did not have any other. [%1786422819] Print Settings Balls has a very thin edge on the plate which may cause adhesion problems, to prevent this, print the balls with 3mm edge. The balls has a built in break away support in the center, dont forget to seperate them while cleaning the edges after the print. second visual shows before cleaning the supports, 3rd visuals shows after cleaning the supports. The box is a multicolor design, i have shared the step file and prepared a 3mf file for your convenience. You can configure each element of the box according to your wish. I used esun silk pla filament and recommend similar filament to have nice colors and an easy printing experience. PS: if you print with a single color printer; The ying-yang on the outher side of the box will not be visible. Nozzle: 0,4mm layer height: 0,2mm Recommended filament: silk pla layer adhesion: for balls: print with 3mm edge. Support: no support needed, balls have built in breakaway supports, dont forget to seperate them before placing magnets.
