Where is support?? I just got my resin printer and camera and have had nothing but problems with them and all the software. I wrote to creality and all I get is use the creality cloud app. that doesn't fix my issue. But now my printer won't connect to creality cloud. I've tried rebooting everything. I tried deleting and then re adding the printer and it still won't connect. it's working wirelessly through halot box, but it says my camera is not supported. everything is creality, it should be supported. I just need some real help.
