Step1: Insert two sphere of different dimensions

First of all, from the 3D shapes category, insert a sphere to the working interface. Set radius to 100, horizontal segments to 67, vertical segments to 47. Then insert another sphere. Set radius to 40 and position z to 90.

Step2: Scale the sphere and copy offset it

Next, select the scale tool and set y to 40 and z to 119. Then from the tools category, select the copy offsets option. Set operation to pivot and amount of copies to 5.

Step3: Insert another sphere and move it

Now, we will insert one more sphere and set radius to 8, position x to 20, position y to 120 and position z to 90. Then select the move tool, click on the copy button to copy the selected object. Set x to -16.

Step4: Make the whole thing a union

Select all the objects, go to stitch and scoop and make them a union.
