I (finally!) received my CR-scan 01 scanner after a very long and frustrating wait. I connected the scanner, I downloaded the software for Mac and installed it, connected the scanner as the manual said and tried to run the scanner but the software cannot find the scanner to be able to read the SN and download the appropriate config file. I checked all connections, went through the troubleshooting manual step by step and everything seems OK except the software does not recognize the scanner! I need help from the experts here to assist in setup on my Macbook Pro please. Thanks
