Step1: Insert a torus and copy offset it

First of all, go to 3D shapes and insert a torus to the working interface. Set ring radius to 5, tube radius to 1 and rotation x to 45. Then from the tools category, choose the copy offset option. Set x to 11 and amount of copies to 4.

Step2: Make it a union and create copies again

Next, we will go to stitch and scoop and make them a union. Then again, select the copy offset option and set z to 7 and amount of copies to 4.

Step: Mirror the objects and move them

Now, from the utilities category, we will choose the mirror option. Set creates copies to true and offset to -18. Then select the move tool and set x to 16.5 and z to 10.5.
