I'm not sure where to properly report bugs but I've found a massive one, which caused an 18-hour print to fail. When uploading a file to Creality Cloud from Cura and going straight to printing it via the app or cloud, it shows the following message: Warning Unable to recognize the printer type for the slice file. Please make sure that the slice file can be printed normally, or it will cause inevitable damage to the device! When proceeding to print, the following happens: see attached video (real-time footage). Before this happened, it stopped on layer 115 of 564 (exactly 30%) of an 18-hour print, causing the printer to remain heated at 230°C/75°C all night, not doing anything. It did not respond to pausing. I tried turning on 'power outage' and turning the printer off and on again but that didn't even recognise it was printing anything. Workaround When the file is first prepared with the correct printer on crealitycloud.com, prints seem to run fine so far. This is done via Workbench > Printed Files > View > Slices > My Uploads > 3-dots top right of a file > Edit > Select printer under Device Types > Confirm (is there a shorter way?). It has for some reason become impossible to edit a print file this way in the Android app (5.1.0).
