I'm setting up a new Creality K1 speedy 3D printer. When loading the filament, it is not picked up by the feeder on the back of the printer. There is a switch at the top of the printer head that I think is supposed to be moved to the unlocked position to feed the filament to the hotend. I moved the switch towards the "unlocked" symbol but it doesn't move all the way. Not sure if it is supposed to or not. I'm not even sure if this is the problem or if something else is wrong. A blue light comes on when I put the supplied filament into the feeder at the back of the printer but does not feed when I use the extrude command on the panel.
