The Ender 3 V3 SE is an overall great printer, but there are a few things you should know before buying.

The first thing is for those of you who are on the edge of getting or not getting the nebula smart kit it is 100% worth it. It makes it faster and it processes way quicker for the 30 $40. It costs is 100% worth it. The next thing is getting the right filament because for people who are new to printing, it can be tricky to get some off brand filament to work correctly with the printer, you should get the name brand Creality filament if you want to have easy printing. Next is print setting the new update with the new slicer is already on optimal settings for your printer, but for some prints and models, you may need to turn on support and modify temperatures to get it to print properly I suggest 200 to 205°C. Another extremely important thing you should know about is build plate adhesion you should apply a thin layer of glue to your print to keep it from not sticking and failing, I just use Elmer’s glue, but you could Amazon basics or whatever they also make special glue for print beds, but it is kind of expensive.

Now let’s get into the pros and cons one really nice thing about this printer is the price it works amazing I haven’t had any major problems with it, and it only cost me like which is really cheap for a whole printer, but it works exceptionally. It prints at a decent 250 mm/s max speed, which is also amazing for its price another thing is that there are tons of upgrades and Adams that you can add to it to make it have more storage or maybe to mount a camera. P.S. get the nebula camera too.

Another pro is that with the nebula pad this printer is compatible with Creality cloud, which is the database that you were on with thousands of printable files. It has easy assembly and comes with all the tools to assemble it and keep it in working order.

Although this is an exceptional printer, it does have a few cons. On long prints, it has a tendency to offset meaning the layers are not properly aligned. This can be bad because you will not look or function like it should it tries to offset on me anything more than four hours so it takes long time and you’re trying to print that ginormous working Iron Man helmet with servos and stuff ( I know from experience )

It also upon occasion will stop working for a few hours if you’ve used it too much. I don’t know if this is a feature or what but it has actually saved me from being really mad before so I’m not sure if it’s a pro or con.

To wrap things up, I would say this is an amazing beginner to intermediate printer, and it is very worth it. I give it 4 1/2 star rating.
