Creality Cloud reward system is just so broken.... 10 successful prints and only 10 points rewarded (for 2 prints). A couple have been moved into 'abnormal status' as the print wasn't recognized as completing yesterday. Two haven't yet to moved into abnormal status but they will.... and the real kicker. 3 Print Jobs marked as 'Completed' - one of which is currently still printing. Yup....still printing, but already marked as completed - That's 3 prints in 2 days that were marked 'completed' at the START of the print - so the print is coded as less than 10 minutes, and no print reward received. Just so frustrating. Does that impact the Boost award? Most Likely due to lack of printing.....
