This is a compact, articulated “Photo Buddy” that I designed to bring personality and function together in one clean, playful form. I was inspired by the familiar scrub-style holder aesthetic, it features a friendly, character-like body with sturdy limbs that give it a balanced, slightly animated stance, while adding extra personality for any family member or pet!

At its core, the design is built to securely hold a standard 6×4-inch photo, framing it like a display stand while keeping the focus on the image itself and adding a playful articulated body to the image

The front-facing grip is shaped to firmly support the photo without slipping, while still allowing quick and easy swapping of photos. Its body is proportioned to feel stable on flat surfaces like desks, shelves, or nightstands, with a footprint that keeps it grounded even when holding a photo. The articulated elements add a subtle sense of motion and charm, making it feel less like a static frame and more like a small companion presenting your photo.

Designed with 3D printing in mind, the structure emphasizes durability, clean geometry, and efficient material use. It blends practicality with a bit of personality—turning a simple photo holder into a decorative piece that stands out while still doing its job reliably.

The model is ready to use after printing. No assembly required; simply place on a flat surface or ledge and insert your photo for immediate operation.
