This 3D model represents the Development Bank of China, designed in a striking Art Deco skyscraper style. The structure features a series of stepped setbacks that rise to a central tower, echoing the grandeur and geometric precision of early 20th-century financial buildings. The model’s façade is detailed with vertical lines and layered sections, capturing the imposing presence and architectural sophistication typical of landmark bank headquarters.

Optimized for both FDM and resin 3D printing, this model offers excellent printability and structural strength. The solid, angular forms and tiered silhouette ensure reliable printing on FDM printers, with minimal supports required and strong adhesion. For resin printers, the crisp edges and fine architectural details—such as window recesses and decorative cornices—are rendered with high precision, making the model suitable for painting or further customization. The robust base provides stability during both printing and display, making it ideal for use as a collectible, part of a miniature cityscape, or an educational tool for architectural studies.

The Development Bank of China model is perfect for architecture enthusiasts, collectors of world landmarks, or anyone interested in historic skyscraper design. Its recognizable Art Deco style makes it a standout addition to any diorama, office decor, or model collection, and its modular design allows for easy adaptation to various scales and creative projects.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced modeler, this 3D model combines historical significance, printability, and visual appeal, offering a rewarding and visually impressive project.
