Ⅰ. Summarize

Explore the infinite possibilities of 3D printing starting from Creality Cloud. We have specially designed a one-click printing function using other people's validated printing files (G-code) for 3D printing beginners, allowing 3D printing newcomers to easily print high-quality models without worrying about professional 3D printing technology issues. Creality Cloud enables every user who is new to 3D printing to print high-quality models like a pro by saving time and consumables, avoiding detours. Our mission is to lower the threshold for 3D printing so that everyone can enjoy the fun brought by 3D printing.

This tutorial is currently applicable only to the Creality Cloud app version 5.8.0 and above.The following instructions will detail how to upload printing files and how to print models using files shared by others.

Ⅱ. How to upload my validated printing files (G-code)?

1. Prerequisites

Before uploading the Make (photo of print) and print file, the model to which the printing file belongs must be a publicly available model on Creality Cloud. This includes models uploaded by others or yourself. If Creality Cloud does not have this model, you need to upload the model first.
You must use a printing file that was generated using Creality Cloud for printing.

2. Steps

2.1 Open the Creality Cloud app and navigate to the "Account" page. Tap "Printing History" and select the "Print Jobs" tab. Tap the "Add a Make" button. In the pop-up window, tap the "Please Confirm" button to proceed. You will be redirected to the printing file parameter confirmation page, as shown in the image below.

2.2 On the "Print File" page, confirm the model associated with the printing file. Check the external parameters, edit the material settings, and ensure everything is correct. Tap the "Confirm" button to proceed to the "Post" page, as shown in the image below.

Note: If the printed model has multiple printing files, you can tap the "+ Import" button to import extra printing files.

2.3 On the "Post" page, enter the description and add makes (photos of print). Tap the "Post" button. The system will pop up a successful publishing prompt message, as shown in the picture below:

2.4 The submitted makes will undergo a review process by the Creality Cloud team. Once the makes are approved, they will be displayed in the "Makes & Print Files" section of the associated model's page.

3. Important notes for uploading makes and printing files to Creality Cloud

Please upload clear and well-detailed photos that showcase the printing results of the model. It is recommended to capture the photos from multiple angles to provide other users with a more accurate understanding of the actual printing outcome.
The successfully uploaded "Makes & Print Files" will undergo platform review, which typically takes 1-3 business days. Once the review is done, they will be displayed in the "Makes & Print Files" section of the associated model. Before the review is completed, you can check the status of your uploads on the "My -> Content" page.
If you have not associated printing files when uploading makes for the first time, you can link the printing files on the "My -> Content" page. Please note that you can only associate printing files once, and once the association is successful, you can not modify it again. Please refer to the image below for reference.

Ⅲ. How to use someone else's shared validated printing files to print a model？

Go to the model details page and scroll down to the section called "Makes & Print Files". Find the uploaded make that contains the print file. Please confirm that the printer displayed in the print file matches your printer model. Then select the suitable print file for printing.

1.1 Open the Creality Cloud app and find the desired model that you want to print. Tap to enter the model's detail page, and then scroll down to the "Makes & Print Files" section. Here, you will find makes with printing files attached, as well as the number of times the printing file has been printed. By clicking on the makes, you will be directed to the detailed page where you can view all the makes. Please refer to the image below for reference.

1.2 In the "Makes & Print Files" section, look for the printing file that matches your printer model and filament type. Tap the print button and select your printer. Ensure that there are no other objects on the print bed and tap the "Confirm" button to start the printing process. Please refer to the image below for reference.

Note: If the model is a paid model, you will need to purchase the model before using the printing file. Once purchased, you can then utilize the printing file. Before initiating 3D printing, ensure that your 3D printer is connected to the network and linked to the Creality Cloud app.

2. How do I share my makes on Creality Cloud?

The steps to share makes are the same as mentioned in Ⅱ. If the uploaded makes do not contain printing files, they will be displayed in the "Makes & Print Files" section without the need for review after successful publication.
