Hi, I'm on Windows 10 and Creality Print can't find my Sonic PAD, has anyone had this problem? I ran the app in admin mode but it didn't change anything. Google Chrome and all other web browsers find the Sonic but not the slicer… I'm a bit disappointed…. if anyone has a lead i'm a taker
