I'm having trouble leveling my Ender 3 S1 Pro using a Sonic Pad.  I go through the Z compensation, manual leveling, then do the auto level, but the results are not good, even after I manually re-level again.  Also, each time I do the auto level, the corrections get larger.  That can't be right. I do a 5 square leveling test and the middle square turns out okay, but the corners are blobby, irrespective of the material (PLA, T-glase, Tough PC) or the speed settings. See the picture. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.
