Hi Creality After Sales my K1 has stopped again for the 5th time!!!!! . From new it has had 2 extruders and 2 hot ends. Each replacement has been better than before but sttill not good enjoy for reliable printing. Lates problem is with the revised hotend (with red silicone cover) When I removed the hotend , one thermistor wire was detached, the other wire fell off when the rubber boot was removed. I contacted cs@creality.com 7 days ago and sent 4 more emails to chase up. NO REPLY so far. This is absolutely unacceptable after sales support. I am very tempted to return the K1 for a full refund.
