Recently, we’ve become aware of phishing attempts where scammers impersonate “CrealityCloudSupport,” “Official,” "CloudHelper", or “Administrators” to request sensitive information or send fraudulent links.

Their phishing tactics are highly varied and keep reappearing despite repeated actions against them. We are taking comprehensive measures to shut down these scam groups. Please stay vigilant and take the necessary precautions.

1. Official Contact Channels

Creality Cloud will only contact you through the following verified channels:

Note: Please verify that the above four accounts are the official Creality Cloud accounts. Any accounts other than these four may impersonate the official accounts by using the Creality Cloud logo as their profile picture. Please make sure to identify the genuine official accounts.

⚠ Reminder: Any private message claiming "Your Personal Confirmation link," "Your account will be frozen immediately," "Verify information now," or "Limited-time action required" is almost certainly a scam. Creality Cloud will never ask for passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details via private messages.

2. How to Protect Your Account

If you receive a suspicious message or believe you may have been targeted, please take the following steps immediately:

Do Not Interact with the Message
- Do not click any links or attachments
- Do not scan any QR codes
- Do not provide passwords, verification codes, bank details, or PayPal information

Report It Immediately
- Use the platform’s built-in reporting tools — this is the fastest and most effective way to alert us

Secure Your Account
- If you have entered bank or PayPal information, contact your bank or payment provider immediately to freeze or monitor your account
- Change your Creality Cloud password, as well as passwords for any other accounts using the same credentials

Contact Official Support
- Submit a ticket via the Help Center or reach out to online support
- Our team will assist you promptly and provide further guidance on security measures
