- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receipt of a valid notice of alleged infringement, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the alleged infringer of their right to file a counter-notification.

If you are a trademark owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our website and app infringes your trademarks, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our designated trademark agent. Your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the trademark owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the trademark(s) claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.
Upon receipt of a valid notice of alleged infringement, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the alleged infringer of their right to file a counter-notification.

You agree that you will not upload or share any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party, or that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies or is otherwise objectionable.
