Hello, 3D printing hobbyists,

Today was a very exciting day for us to introduce the latest update of the Creality Box firmware V2.00b28. This update allows you to remote control your print by accessing our website from anywhere in the world. By connecting the Creality Box to your 3D printer, you can print from your desktop without any software download and installation. The following instructions will show you how to control your 3D printer and print from PC. Before we start, make sure your Creality Cloud app version is V4.0 or above and you've updated your box.

Step 1 Log in to Your Account

Login to your account on CrealityCould.com. Click your avatar at the top right corner and choose “Personal Center”.

Step 2 Add Device

In Personal Center, you can find the device information on the left column, which syncs with the device info in your Creality Cloud app. Make sure you’re logging in to the same account in the app and on the website.

If you don’t have any device connected, you should add a device and connect it to the network in the app before printing on PC.

Click “Device Manage” to get into the detail page and click on the setting icon and choose: “Firmware Update” to update your Creality Box firmware to the latest version (V2.00b28).

Step 3 Choose File & Print Settings

After a printer is connected, click the printer to enter the print setting page. You can set up the print parameters here for your 3D object. You can choose the files uploaded or stored in your cloud slicing by clicking the button “Choose File”.

Step 4 Control Printing

After choosing the file, click “Confirm” to print your 3D object. In this interface, you can control your printer and check on your printing process.

Things to Bear in Mind

To ensure you have a smooth printing experience, please keep the following things in mind before your print.

1. Make sure your Creality Cloud app version is V4.0 or above.

2. Update your Creality Box firmware to V2.00b28 or above.

3. Connect your Creality Box and your printer to the network. (This step should be done in-app)

4. Camera feature is currently not supported on the web.

5. After the box is updated, if your device shows online in-app while showing offline on the web, please reset your Creality Box (press long the reset button for more than 10 seconds and then release) and reconnect it to the network.
