Hi Creality users! I hope you’re all safe and well wherever you are in the world. I’ve noticed that a lot of you are concerned with the delays in getting a response from either Creality or any of the helpers in the community. This is something that is unfortunately unavoidable due to the time differences involved. I believe the majority of Creality Cloud users (certainly the ones I have interacted with) are based in the US. Creality are obviously a Chinese company and as such they are on a different time to the US. I’m based in the UK so again, different time zone. The current time here in the UK is 12:20 pm NewYork is 07:20 am LA is 04:20 am Beijing is 7:20 pm Based on that, if you’re in the US and reach out for help on the app at say 5:00 pm, that could be anywhere between 10:00 pm and 1:00 am here or 4:00 and 7:00 am the next day in China. This isn’t a problem for the Community Helpers based in the US but as we’re dealing with people all around the world, you can see the issue. Apologies for my very basic lesson on time zones but my point is basically to please be patient with us. I personally check the app very regularly throughout the day (and night sometimes!) so will always try and respond as quickly as possible but certainly within 12 hours if I can.
