My Halot One (which is less than one year old) seems to have a problem with its stepper motor. An impression stopped in the middle 2 days ago. No error message. No trace of hardened resin in the tank. Yesterday, after doing the platform adjustment again without any problem, I tried an impression again: the platform no longer do down! But the printing starts and we find hardened resin in the tank (which of course I removed again). I read on the Internet that people had already had stepper motor problems. People here? I emailed support yesterday and await their feedback.
