Hello, I am facing an issue with my K1 Max camera. It only seems to function when connected to the local network. Once I leave my home or switch to a 5G network on my phone, the camera fails to activate. It gets stuck in a continuous loading loop. I've already reached out to the support team, and they've confirmed that everything is functioning correctly on my end. I have a network speed of 1 Gbps and a 2.4 GHz network available. As an additional troubleshooting step, I attempted to use my phone as a hotspot to connect the camera to a different network, but unfortunately, I encountered the same problem. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on how to resolve this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
