Need help, just got the Sonic Pad along w/ my new Ender 5 S1, but the unit will not connect to the printer after installation of the firmware. keep getting Klippy host not detected. Have tried all the different variations for the model with no luck. What is going on and why the Creality help desk not answering. Not happy w/ any of the troubleshooting provided so far online. Also is there away to reset the Sonic Pad back to the original FW before the software update. What should the SD card be formatted too, and how can I know if the FW that was flashed to the SD card if the correct setup.
