1. What are the benefits for Creality Cloud Premium members?

2. Which models are included in this event?

The event includes a total of four models: Creality K2 Plus,K1, K1 MAX, K1C, and HALOT-MAGE PRO. More models will be available in the future.

3. What is a device ID, and how do I copy mine?

In the Creality Cloud app: Log in to your Creality Cloud account, navigate to Workbench>My Device, and then copy a string of numbers on the device that has been successfully added( as the picture shows):

On the Creality Cloud website: Login to your Creality Cloud account, navigate to Workbench in the upper right corner of the home page, choose Devices, and then copy a string of numbers on the device that has been successfully added( as the picture shows)

4. If I own more than one printer, can I receive an extended free membership?

Yes. Each device ID is eligible for redemption only once. If you own multiple event models, you can use different device IDs to redeem memberships for each. However, please note that the maximum cumulative membership time on Creality Cloud is 24 months. Kindly keep track of your membership validity.

5. When will I receive my membership after participating in the event?

Memberships are automatically redeemed based on your device ID. Once redeemed in the H5 page, the membership will be available immediately.

6. I participated in the "Premium Printer User Get Premium for free 2023". Can I participate again this time?

No, users who have already redeemed membership for the event in 2023 are not eligible to participate again in this event in 2024. Thank you for your understanding.
