We are committed to enhancing your experience with Creality and ensuring seamless access across our platforms, including CrealityCloud.com, Creality.com, and Store.Creality.com. To facilitate this, we request that you link a valid email address to your account via the Creality Cloud App or Creality Cloud Web before the system upgrade on July 20th, 2024.

Important Information About the Upgrade

The upcoming system upgrade will focus on Creality Cloud Web. As a result, if you use the web to shop or view models, your upgraded account will be accessed through CrealityCloud.com, Creality.com, and Store.Creality.com. However, the app side of the upgrade will be available at a later date.

This upgrade will impact users who log in using "mobile phone number + verification code" or by scanning a code. After the upgrade, these login methods will no longer be available on the web.

How to Add Your Email Address

1. Via Creality Cloud Web (before July 20th, 2024)

- Navigate to Personal Center > Account Settings > Account Security.

- Enter your email address under 'Bind Email Address' and then enter the verification code.

Via Creality Cloud App (no solid date ATM)

- Navigate to Account > Settings > Account Security.

- Enter your email address under 'Link Email' and then enter the verification code.

Notes

If you frequently use Creality Printing software, please ensure you bind your email through either Creality Cloud Web or Creality Cloud App to avoid being blocked from logging into Creality Cloud.
