Hello everyone. I have an Ender 3 S1 Pro. I've just started using Creality Print 5.1 and I've also updated the printer's firmware. I'm having trouble activating some functions that I can configure easily in Creality Slicer or Cura. Can anyone tell me how to configure the Z HOP so that the nozzle doesn't hit the parts I'm printing, which causes them to detach from the table? I've tried it in the printer's retraction settings, but I must be doing something wrong because it doesn't work... Another problem I'm having is that I can't get the thumbnails to appear on the printer's screen. Thank you.
