Ender3V3Ke Issue: Build Plate thumping (knocking) twice before fully extending forward. My guess: After ensuring that the belts are tight I believe the issue may be inside the unit itself as far as the motors go. Also, the build plate moves freely back and forth when not printing just fine. I insured that the new screws to hold the rods in place we're not hitting. when moving back and forth they clear it just fine when pushing weight down they do nudge it but I do not believe the model would be putting as much weight as my hand. Hello, I’m seeking assistance with an ongoing issue with my Ender-3 Version 3 KE printer. I've been facing multiple challenges with the printer, and I’m hoping someone with experience can help. I recently replaced the hotend due to a previous problem. I also replaced the screw on the rail system after it snapped completely. Now, I’m experiencing an issue with the build plate. The current problem involves the build plate seemingly skipping or knocking against something, possibly a gear. During a print, the build plate appears to jolt forward or backward by about half an inch, which throws the print off alignment. The resulting prints are misaligned and unusable. When I stop the print or finish a job, the build plate moves all the way to the front. However, as it extends, it makes two loud knocking sounds and jolts before fully reaching the front position. This makes me suspect something is either loose or misaligned underneath the build plate, possibly inside the device itself. The knocking during movement and the print misalignment suggest something is catching or obstructing the build plate’s motion. I’ve inspected the printer but can’t identify the issue. Has anyone experienced something similar to this printer model? Any advice or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
