Once you’ve launched the editor;

From the generators category on the toolbar choose spiral generator; Set top radius to 12, bottom radius to 12, height to 160, revolutions to 80, top thickness to 2, bottom thickness to 2

Tick the checkmark to finalize spiral generator

From the right panel choose materials; Click color button to change material color, click red

Click ok

Set settings to maps, bump category to custom, click add image button to load new image, click load image from tutorial button to add image, click bump1.webp button to apply bump

Set settings to uv, uv generate mode to unwrapping, click generate uv button to generate uv

Tick the checkmark to finalize materials

Click copy button to copy selected objects; click rotate on the toolbar; Set y to 180.

Click ‘x’ to close transformation panel

Click color picker button to change color of object; Click blue

Click ok

From the 3D Shapes category on the toolbar choose cylinder; Set top radius to 1, Bottom radius to 1, height to 26, horizontal segments to 2, position y to 3, rotation x to 90, rotation z to 97.

Tick the checkmark to finalize cylinder

Click solid+wireframe button to set rendering mode

Click to activate face selection

Click on the gear icon to open the advanced selection tools; set loop selection to true, click on highlighted face to select loop from the object.

Click color picker button to change color of object; Click red

Click inverse selection button to inverse selection

Click color picker button to change color of object; Click blue

Click ok

Click ‘x’ to close selection settings panel

From the tools category on the toolbar choose copy offsets; Set y to 10, click add option to add next macro step, Set operation to rotate, y to 217, click copy button to create copies.

Set y to 20, y to 75, amount of copies to 7, click copy button to create copies.

Click solid button to set rendering mode

Click ‘x’ to close copy offsets panel

From the edit menu on the top toolbar click select all, then choose union
