Ok it's done. I upgraded my K1C's lid riser. I've had [%9839488052]'s version 2 (50mm) on my printer since November and it's been brilliant. I just wanted a new look so naturally I opted for the newer version 3. It's been a process, and I think I still might make some tweaks but for now it's done looking great. I am including photos of both the v2 and v3 (before and after). Thanks to this designer for QUALITY designs and solid instructions. These models deserve a lot of boost tickets! Frame printed with eSun ABS+ Silver, Walls printed with eSun ABS+ Black, Vents done with SA Filament's Blue Sky Silk PLA (yes it'll last. it did not warp on the old version) Tips: Make sure you have all the correct screws before starting, Try the calibration tools the designer recommends! Before assembly, push the screws through the holes first to remove some plastic left over from the print, The 3m adhesive on LED strips sucks... I ended up printing a small profile and mounted it with M3 screws. Again thank you !!!
