Can I purchase Boost Tickets with Creality Cloud Credits?
No, Boost Tickets cannot be purchased. They are issued automatically based on your engagement and activity on the platform.

Why didn’t I receive any Boost Tickets even after a long print job?
If you didn’t receive any boost tickets, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
The model you printed was not downloaded from Creality Cloud.
Your total cloud printing time is relatively short compared to other users.
You repeatedly boost the same designer, which may be flagged as suspicious behavior.

My account has restricted access to Boost Tickets — how can I remove the limitation?
If you stop any behavior that could be considered suspicious, your account may regain eligibility. You can also earn more tickets by increasing your cloud printing time, and by actively commenting on, downloading, slicing, and cloud-printing models. If you believe you were wrongly restricted, please contact us at teamcloud@creality.com.

How do I qualify for the Lucky Draw?
Every time you use one Boost Ticket, you’ll earn one spin on the Lucky Draw for a chance to win random rewards like 3D printers and filaments.
