Anyone know how to fix this? During a print my K1C ran out of filament around 86% and when I went to my printer I found that it had extruded the remaining filament on the bed below. I tried to reload the filament and found I had to remove the clogged nozzle. At that time I realized I had a bigger problem. When removing the rubber cover over the heating head I saw a lot of filament melted inside the rubber cover and 2 bare wires which looked liked they burnt up. This is a new printer 1 week old with very little time on it. I need assistance.
