Hello! My name is Nezir Skaljić, a 22-year-old designer from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. My journey into the world of design and 3D printing began seven years ago, sparked by a simple yet ambitious idea: I wanted to design a GPU I owned. That passion led me to dive deep into software like Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, and Maya, which have become my creative tools of choice.

Shortly after, I purchased my first 3D printer—the Creality CR-6 SE. Owning this printer opened up a world of possibilities. I started by designing practical items for my home and gifts for friends, which naturally evolved into a small business. I began creating and printing mechanical parts for local companies, providing bespoke solutions that matched their specific needs.

Over time, I explored online platforms to share my designs. My early experience with Cults 3D wasn’t fulfilling, but then Creality Cloud launched, and everything changed. By that point, I owned 12 Creality printers, and the platform became the perfect place to showcase my work. Uploading my models there not only brought steady sales but also connected me with a vibrant community.

Participating in Creality contests has been a game-changer. Winning multiple competitions fueled my motivation and validated my skills, encouraging me to pursue design professionally. One of my proudest achievements was organizing events on my Creality Cloud profile, such as an advent calendar of 3D models, where a new design was available for purchase each day.

Recently, I had the privilege of meeting the Creality team at Formnext 2024. This meeting was a significant milestone, as I formalized an agreement to become a distributor for Creality products. This collaboration marks a new chapter in my journey, blending my passion for design with the opportunity to help others access top-tier 3D printing technology.

My design philosophy is rooted in creativity, functionality, and community. I believe in creating models that not only solve problems but also inspire and delight users. From crafting intricate chess sets inspired by history to practical mechanical parts, every design tells a story of innovation and purpose.
