I’ve been involved in 3D printing for over ten years now, and in many ways, it feels less like a hobby and more like a long-term relationship. I still remember my first printer—it wasn’t a Creality—and while it taught me the basics, it also taught me patience, troubleshooting, and the value of truly understanding the machine behind every print.

After that first experience, everything changed. Every printer I’ve owned since has been a Creality, and over the years I’ve watched both my skills and the technology grow side by side. Creality became my go-to not just for reliability, but for how much freedom it gave me to experiment, push limits, and improve with every new project.

What I enjoy the most is printing full-scale masks. There’s something incredibly satisfying about seeing a helmet or mask come off the build plate at 1:1 scale, knowing it will actually fit a real person. Star Wars masks, in particular, have always been my favorite. From the iconic shapes to the fine details, they challenge both the printer and the designer, and I never get tired of bringing those legendary characters into the physical world, layer by layer.

For a long time, my focus stayed almost exclusively on that kind of work. Large prints, long hours, careful planning—each project was a commitment. But everything shifted when I bought the Creality HI. The speed and print quality completely changed how I approach 3D printing. What used to take days now takes hours, and the consistency gives me confidence to try things I might have avoided before.

Thanks to that, I’ve started printing a bit of everything. Functional parts, decorative objects, prototypes, quick ideas that turn into finished pieces the same day. The Creality HI didn’t replace my passion for masks—it expanded it. It reminded me why I fell in love with 3D printing in the first place: the ability to turn an idea into something real, efficiently, and with professional-level results.

After a decade in this world, I can say that 3D printing is still evolving—and so am I. And as long as there are new machines, new ideas, and new challenges, I’ll keep printing.
