My name is Amir, and I’m excited to be part of this incredible group of makers, creators, and innovators. I’m a mechanical engineer with over two decades of experience working on advanced aerospace projects, with a strong background in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and product development.

Outside of my engineering career, I run a home-based workshop where I combine 3D printing, 3D scanning, woodworking, and laser engraving to design and produce custom and practical items. I primarily work with PLA, PETG, ABS, and various hardwoods, creating everything from functional prototypes to artistic designs.

My current focus is leveraging 3D printing for small-batch production and custom orders, and I’m especially interested in exploring hybrid designs that combine printed parts with wood and other materials. I’m always looking to learn, share tips, and collaborate with others passionate about pushing the boundaries of what we can create.
