Hi Mitch information for you on the halot one when you first get it you need to download the latest firmware on to the usb stick and putting in the machine update by pushing settings update local and that will update the printer no need to turn off then you can pair creality cloud to the printer by following the add printer introduction’s No need to buy a creality Wi-Fi box you git lol that cost me £22 lol it’s fine as I can use it on my ender3 but it’s easy to set up so anyone having problems that’s what to do .happy new year mate
