I have just updated my firmware for CR-10 Smart Pro through Creality Cloud app and now my camera stopped working first, and yet the device is non-stop offline in the app. All I can do is: delete the device from Creality App, Reset network settings and re-add the device. Then, it'll stay online for like 10 minutes max. Any way to downgrade this back to how it was ?
